Big Gigantic To Headline Red Rocks In September

Today, Big Gigantic, the prolific duo comprised of sax player/producer Dominic Lalli and drummer Jeremy Salken, announced their biggest and most gigantic performance to date, appropriately dubbed as "ROWDYTOWN."

On Saturday, September 29, the boys will headline the storied Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado and promise "the most insane lighting rig [we've] ever had, a ridiculous lineup . . . and the biggest party we've ever thrown."

It's amazing to see just how far Big Gigantic has come - from late-night and opening slot stalwarts for acts like STS9 and The Disco Biscuits. The relentless duo has now reached legitimate headliner status and for good reason.

The rise of Big G in a way represents the success of  the bigger electronic music scene in general. Lalli's sultry sax and banging beats coupled with Salken's rhythmic perfection combine to produce musical ear candy that appeals to a wide variety of fans from old-school heads to "bass heads."
