The twisted trio of Sludge, Dr. Guano and Jeff VonKickass have once again managed to corral a time and place to absolutely fuck your mind. Whether they are telling you to "lick the toad" or that "Rednecks are everywhere," they are sure to be pleasing your cerebral cortex.
Made up of moe.'s Rob Derhak (bass), Chuck Garvey (guitar) and Jim Loughlin (drums), Ha Ha The Moose is as goofy and out-there as moe. gets. The show will be an after-party to moe.'s November 26 show at Terminal 5 in New York City. Tickets are $15.00 in advance go on sale Monday, November 14 at Noon EDT. The last time I saw HHtM, they had stripper poles on both sides of the stage, huge blow-up penises and viking helmets covered in hair on each member. Not surprisingly, it happened to be one of the more psychedelic, tripped-out concerts I have had the pleasure of attending.
