UPDATE: Pretty Lights will be playing the 1st Bank Center, home to multiple night stands by String Cheese Incident, Furthur and Bassnectar, on December 30 and 31. Porter Robinson and Pretty Lights Music's Supervision will support on the first night, followed by Zedd and the other most recent signee to the ever-expanding PLM roster, Paul Basic.
The visionary behind the project, Derek Vincent Smith, had this to say in a Facebook post:
"Four years ago I played an after party show on NYE in a bowling alley in Fort Collins, CO to about 100 people. Since then, the new electronic music scene has exploded across the entire country and I've produced and toured almost endlessly. It's all built up to this two night run at the 1st Bank Center in CO for New Years Eve 2011 where I will pull out all the stops in creating my vision of the ultimate PL party."
A few weeks ago, the electronic super-producer announced via his Facebook he will be gracing his home state with two nights in Denver for New Year's Eve.
Attendees will be guaranteed musical and visual satisfaction difficult to find elsewhere. With a suped up production and a new album on the way, these shows are bound to be special.

Tickets go on sale Monday, October 10 at 10:00 a.m. MDT.
