moe.down 13 Finalizes the Lineup With Grace Potter and The Nocturnals, Galactic, Kyle Hollingsworth

moe.down 13, taking place in Turin, New York from August 10 to 12, already featured moe. playing six sets, but their final round of announcements added a little more flavor to the jam-rock event.
