Heavy Pets Announce 2012 Fall Tour

The Heavy Pets have announced an expansive August-September tour starting in two weeks with a five-show run in Colorado. The band will also play three nights in Key West, the Suwanee Valley Flood Jam, Phish after-parties in Alabama and Georgia and appearances at Catskill Chill, Wormtown Music Festival and The Werk Out. This is new bassist Tony D'Amato's first tour after former bassist Justin Carney recently left the band to pursue other interests.

"We are very excited to welcome Tony to the family," guitarist Jeff Lloyd said. "I have been a fan of his since my first time seeing [him] and look forward to the deeply funky impact he will have on this band."
