CounterPoint Announces Daily Schedule

Set for September 27 to 29, Atlanta’s own CounterPoint Music Festival has released the daily artist schedule for the festival’s inaugural year. With headliners such as Pretty Lights, Bassnectar, Avicii and Skrillex playing alongside a bulk of other great artists, there will be no shortage of dubstep and electronic beats over the weekend.
The festival kicks off at 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 27 with performances by Adventure Club, Beats Antique and RUN DMT, among others. The festivities will come to an end just before midnight, after Big Gigantic and Up Until Now (with David Murphy of STS9).
Friday and Saturday will be jam-packed with tunes, with the music commencing at 12 p.m. and going until 2 a.m. Some of Friday’s notable artists are Bassnectar, Avicii, Archnemesis and Excision. Saturday will feature Pretty Lights, Skrillex, Emancipator, Lotus, Ghostland Observatory and Zoogma, along with many other up-and-coming electronic acts.
